The entry fee will be $60 per gender team($100 for both girls and boys teams)

Entry Deadline:

Opens March 1, 2018 @12:01am and will close Wednesday, March 26,2018 @ 5:00pm.

Event Check In:

Field Events- Athletes will check in at the event location.

Running Events- Athletes will check at the tent located on the infield to receive their lane assignments and hip numbers.

Coaches Meeting:

No coaches meeting. Coaches can pick up their team packets at the main gate Thursday, March 29.

Hospitality:

A hospitality room will be provided. The hospitality room is located on the other side of the building that backs up to the track.

Admission:

$7 per day.

Awards:

Medals will be awarded to the top three places. A Team Champion trophy will be awarded to the top boys and girls team. Plaques will be awarded to the meet MVP's.

Entry Limitations:

Each team will be allowed a maximum of three (3) entries in each individual event and one (1) entry in each relay event. We will follow TSSAA rules. A contestant shall not be entered in more than four (4) events, excluding relays. A contestant shall not compete in more than four (4) events, including relays.

EXCEPTIONS:

Long jump, shot put, 100, 1600, 400, and 800 will allow 5 entries but only score a schools top 3. This allows everyone to enter an athlete that you want to see how they handle varsity competition.



Qualifying Standards: THERE ARE NO QUALIFYING STANDARDS. All heats will be seeded according to times given. Obvious False entry times will result in a NT.
