Three Rivers Conference Cross Country

Time: Arrival 3-3:30pm
Combined Girls Varsity/JV- 4:30 p.m.
Combined Boys Varsity/JV- 5:15 p.m.
Awards - 6:00 p.m.
Course Preview: Tuesday 10/13 From 3-5pm Please RSVP to Amber Abel @ abela@k12tn.net if you plan to attend the preview so we can inform Doe River of the number of attending. This is NOT required.
Timing & Scoring: Timing will be done on an Ultrak Tape Timer, and uploaded into the computer. Results will be posted on TNMileSplit. Team scores will be calculated by index card numbers and place by hand as they cross the finish line totaling the top five runners finishing positions. Teams with less than five runners will NOT be totaled in the team scores but will be scored in the individual scoring.
Awards: First Place Varsity Team in each division. Top 15 Individuals.
Course: The course is similar to last years course. Weve modified some turns to make the course two large loops. Majority of the course is flat to rolling with an exception of one aggressive hill at the 1.5 mile, the runners will encounter this only one time during the race. The terrain will be grass, dirt trails and some gravel path. The course will be marked with paint, pin flags, arrows and volunteers. Course Maps will be provided by 10/13
