Also, Please, fax or email your entries to the meet directors (fax number: 423-285-6709) (email: holders1@rheacounty.org). This will give us an idea of how many entries we have.
According to Jim Kaiser, since it is online entry now, we do NOT have to fax our entries to the TSSAA.
This is his email to me as to that fact: "There is no need to submit the dec/pent entries by fax to the TSSAA. We just need everyone to use the Alltrax entry process for the dec/pent I do end up forwarding the entries to the TSSAA that I receive.

ENTRY DEADLINE is Friday, April 17, at 5PM EST.
Once Jim Kaiser/Jasen Parks have received the entries, we will divide up the coaching duties to help with the flow of events for each day.
We will start the competition at 1:00PM EST on BOTH days.

We may, if needed, split into groups to go to different events after the 100 Hurdles/100 Meter Dash

COACHES: PLEASE BRING- Stopwatches/Food/Drinks/Umbrellas/Measuring Tapes and anything extra that your ATHLETE(s) may need.
Concessions will be open.
