Region I Cross Country Championships

The 2011 Region I Cross Country Championships will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at Loriella Park, 10910 Leavells Rd, Fredericksburg VA 22407.
Tentative Time Schedule:
2:00 pm Coaches Meeting
3:15 pm Girls Varsity Race
3:45 pm Boys Varsity Race
4:15 pm Awards
Awards:
Team Trophies to the Varsity Boys and Girls Region Champions and Runners Up.
Top 15 Boys and Girls runners will receive All-Region Medals.
Top 15 Boys and Girls runners and top 4 Boys and Girls teams will advance to the State Meet on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at Great Meadows in the Plains, VA.
Entries:
Race Timing Unlimited will be using time chips and Hy-Tek to score the race this year. We will need your athletes entered with name, gender, and class so that all entries are uniform. I prefer entries to be faxed or e-mailed no later than Friday, October 28, 2011.
Parking:
Due to limited parking at Loriella Park, buses can UNLOAD at the park, but LOAD and PARK at Battlefield Elementary or Battlefiels Middle School. Coaches need to inform parents and spectators that they should also park at the schools.
