Please register athletes correctly in Milesplit. If you have questions or changes contact adam.mcelroy@sullivank12.net 

Meet Registration will close Monday, September 28th at Midnight. 



The entry fee is $35 per team or $70 per school. 

Individual runners not making up a scoring team(5 or more) are $5 for each event.

Bringing payment to the meet is preferred

There is a spectator fee of $5 per person or $20 per family

Please complete the attached COVID-19 Form for every Coach, Manager, Athlete that will be in attendance, as you load your bus before you enter the meet. A thermometer will be available at check-in if you don't have access to one. Present your completed team form to the check-in tent

Awards

  1. All Awards will be based on combined results

    1. Trophies to the Top 3 Teams

    2. Medals to the Top 10 Individuals

  2. No awards ceremonies will be held in order to encourage spectators to leave upon completion of their event.

  3. Awards will be mailed out or given to the coach at another meet.

    Team/Athlete Covid-19 Regulations

  1. Please practice social distancing and safety at all times. In your tent area, abide by your school system's protocols.

  2. All coaches and athletes are requested to wear a mask at all times unless you are:

        1. Actively warming up pre-race

        2. Competing in the race

        3. Actively cooling down

  3. All members of your team must stay in your tent area unless participating in one of the above activities.                                                                                                                                 

  4. There will be a separate area for teams to set up. Spectators are not allowed in this area.

  5. No concessions will be available. Athletes must have their own water.

  6. Athletes should come to the meet dressed to race. No changing facilities will be provided. 

  7. The start line will ensure social distancing between teams.

    1. Teams may go through their boxes to do run-outs and strides, but do not crowd the line.  At the start, only 2 runners per team should be on the line.

    2. Runners will stay in their team behind the starting line. Social distance, as best you can, from other teams.

  8. All chute workers will wear masks and gloves. Runners will exit the chute as quickly as possible and return to the team area

  9. Spectators and athletes should not approach the timer's tent. 



Failure to follow these rules may result in disqualification.

General Covid-19 Regulations

  1. Masks are required for all attendees with the exception of athletes who are warming up for competition, and those who are currently competing (TSSAA Guideline).

  2. Temperatures will be taken for all attendees. No one with a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit will be admitted into the venue. This includes all spectators, coaches, athletes, and workers (TSSAA Guideline).

  3. All attendees will be required to answer a set of questions as outlined by the sports section of the Tennessee Pledge.

  4. No concessions or merchandise will be sold at the event this year.

  5. Social distancing of non-family groups will be required on-premises (TSSAA Guideline). 

  6. Course (including start and finish) will be closed to everyone but athletes, coaches, and workers

  7. No awards ceremonies will be held in order to encourage spectators to leave upon completion of their event.

  8. Hand sanitizer will be available at various points throughout the venue.

  9. Spectators will only be allowed in the home stands. Spectators are not allowed in the team/tent area, on the racecourse, or on the start/finish area.

  10. Coaches- Please encourage your athletes and spectators to leave the venue upon the conclusion of your races
