High School- 5000 meters

Middle School 3000 meters

$50/team- single gender

$75- both genders

$10/individual

MS Boys 9:30 a.m.

MS Girls 10:00 a.m.

Awards: Team Trophies- Top 2 Teams each division

Individual Medals - Top 10 finishers each race

COVID Protocol

Applies to everyone physically

at the race venue, including race participants, coaches, spectators, and

volunteers.

PLEASE STAY AT HOME!

Ifyou have had any

COVID19 related symptoms: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or

difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of

taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting,

diarrhea. If you have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19



General:All of the areas where Officials, Staff, and Volunteers

are staged will allow for 6 feet of spacing. Family groups may not be larger

than 6 people and must maintain 12 feet of distance from others. All coaches

should bring hand sanitizer and water (or other sealed drink bottles) for their

athletes Meet management will provide water bottles at end of finish chute for

each race. Anyone yelling, cheering, singing, or speaking loudly, must be

separated at least 12 feet apart.



Athletes

Coaches are encouraged to take the temperature of each athlete on the team

before entering the park. Meet management will conduct temperature checks of

athletes and coaches on-site. If a person's temperature is above 100.4F, that individual will not be allowed on the course. Coaches or athletic

trainers for each team are required to ask each racer on the team the list of

screening questions before entering the property. .If a person answers yes to

any one of the questions, that person will not be allowed to enter the park.

There is an electronic waiver for teams and individuals to sign online with

entries.

ScreeningQuestions for Athletes and Spectators

1. Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days? (Note: This does

not apply to medical personnel, first responders, or other individuals who

encounter COVID-19 as part of their professional or caregiving duties while

wearing appropriate PPE.)

2. Are you experiencing a

cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?

3. Have you had a fever in the

last 48 hours?

4. Have you had new loss of

taste or smell?

If spectators answer "yes" to any of the above questions, they will

not be permitted on the property.

Packet Pick-up

Coaches will pick-up their

team's packet 1 at a time at the Official's table. If a second coach approaches

the table, they will be asked to return once the first coach has left the area.

The volunteer distributing packets will use hand sanitizer regularly.

Team Camps

Each team will maintain a 20

feet distance from another team's area. Coaches must ensure that team members

and any parents maintain a minimum of 6 feet of spacing in their team's area.

Start

Each race will limited to 100

athletes. Teams will be called to the starting line 5 minutes before the race

starts. Before this time, teams will not be allowed to congregate at the start

line, but will be given warnings via loud speaker to gather as a team in

preparation.

Finish

Runners will be encouraged to

leave the finish line area as soon as possible after completion of their event.

The finish line will be widened to 6 feet wide. Video and voice recording shall

be used to provide for a limited contact finish.

Awards/Results

Results will be posted on

tn.milesplit and emailed to coaches. Top 10 finishers will receive medals after

they cross the finish line. The top 2 teams will be awarded trophies 15 minutes

after the race finish.

Contact Tracing:

Race Officials have access to

contact information for the coaches of all participating teams as well as

contact information for all Officials and Volunteers. If anyone in the race

tests positive for COVID-19 after the event, Officials will contact coaches

whose team attended about the positive COVID-19 occurrence. Those coaches will

notify team members and attendees about the positive COVID-19 occurrence.
