*Registration is now open, and will close on Tuesday night, October 6.
*Masks are required of everyone, including team members and coaches, and temperature checks will be
taken for everyone entering.
*Teams will run all of their runners in the race they are placed in.
Boys and girls will both be placed in the same A or B race.

West Greene *Coaches- Please encourage your teams, athletes and spectators to not
arrive until 1 hour before race and leave the venue upon the conclusion of your
races and cool down. We are trying to cut down on the numbers present at the
same time.
**CHIPS: There will be NO chip collection at the finish line, all athletes will need to return chips to their coach or designated parent to be returned to the registration tent.
Awards
There will be no formal awards ceremony. All medals and plaques
will be delivered during later meets or by mail when necessary. All Awards will
be based on merged results. There will not be separate results for the A and B
races.
For the middle School races medals will be given to places 1 through 15. 1st,
2nd and 3rd team plaques will be awarded to the three top teams.
For the Varsity races elite shirts will be given to places 1 through 15. 1st,
2nd, and 3rd place team plaques will be awarded to the three top teams.
Event T-shirts will be available from Fine Designs at meet.

COVID-19 Protocols:
o Masks are required for all attendees with the exception of
athletes who are warming up for competition, and those who are currently
competing (TSSAA Guideline).
o Temperatures will be taken for all attendees. No one with a
temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit will be admitted into the venue. This
includes all spectators, coaches, athletes, and workers (TSSAA Guideline).
o All attendees will be required to answer a set of questions as
outlined by theSports section of the Tennessee Pledge.
o No concessions will be sold at the event this year.
o Social distancing of non-family groups will be required on
premises.
o High traffic areas (start/finish line) will be roped off to
discourage gathering of spectators.
o Races will be spread out throughout the day in order to allow
smaller groups of teams to race each other and to spread out the arrival of
teams and spectators over a longer period of time.
o No awards ceremonies will be held in order to encourage spectators
to leave upon completion of their event.
No Race Day Entries.
Live results will be available during the meet for the HS Varsity races and the Middle School races.

High School - $60 for Both Teams ($35 per gender)
Middle School - $45 for Both Teams ($25 per gender)
Individuals - $8 until max is reached
*Schools with both High School and Middle School must pay as separate schools.

T-Shirts will be on sale.
-Parking for Team Buses and Vans will be allowed at Crossroads Church, while all cars and spectator
parking will be at school parking lot.
-Teams will probably be split into A and B Groups, Girls and Boys teams in same group. Teams may run all members, No JV Races.
-Depending on Entry Numbers, may be able to combine some groups into 1 race.

Slipstream Timing will be providing chip timing interfaced with FinishLynx to reduce contact in finish area.
