Friday and Saturday, June 26-27, 2020
2020 GWI Week Schedule at a Glance:
Hammer Throw will be held at the Golden State Throwers Club at Elk Grove
NEW! for 2020: Open/Masters 5,000M to be held the evening of Friday, June 26 at the Oak Ridge HS Track.
NEW! for 2020: for Open & Masters athletes Distance Running and a few Field Events during the Saturday Meet.
Cancelled: June 26 evening Street Pole Vault Competition.
Meet Day, June 27, 10 am to noon: Throws Clinic (followed by a free Barbecue Lunch for clinic participants) and a Vault Clinic (details TBA) ; email the Meet Director to sign up.
2019 Meet Schedule
(2020 schedule will be similar, although it will also include Distance Running and a few Field Events for Open & Masters athletes.)
High School Athletes: Full slate of Track & Field events including a 3200m event to be contested at the end of the meet.
Elementary and Middle School Athletes: 100, 200, 400, 800 meters, Long Jump
Field events at Oak Ridge HS will begin on Saturday, June 27 at 1:45 pm.
Track events at Oak Ridge HS begin on Saturday, June 27 at 4:00 pm.
Meet Location: (except Hammer, tba)): Oak Ridge High School

Directions
No entry standards are required to enter.
Online registration is open at Coach O until June 24.
Athlete Packet/Bib Pick Up
For athletes participating in all events except Hammer packet pick up will take place beginning at 1 pm at the Oak Ridge HS Stadium.
Athlete Scratch Time: Athletes will be scratched from an event 10 minutes prior to event time if they have not checked in.
Stadium Admittance
Athletes and coaches will each receive one wrist band each for stadium admittance.
For all others, admission is $5 for adults, $3 for Seniors and Kids 17 & younger.
