Coaches, this event is run on the track, not the cross country course.
High School - 2 miles
Meet starts 6:00 p.m.
Last year, we had over 400 middle school and high school runners race under the lights with fans cheering on the track and music pumping the runners up.
Entry Fee: $40.00 per School entering a boys and girls team,
$20.00 per team

**SEEDING**You are welcome to enter projected seeds. However, in order for each athlete to have the best possible chance at a PR race, please seed honestly based on what you really think that your athlete can run. If you enter athletes with no time, they'll automatically be in the slowest heats unless you indicate otherwise.
Heats will go from slowest to fastest high school.
Last year there will 13 total high school heats
Tentative Time Schedule:
Track will open 4:30 - First Heat 6:00
High School only
Girls Heat 6:00 PM
Boys Heat 6:20 PM
Boys Heat 7:00 PM
Girls Heat 7:20 PM
Boys Heat 7:40 PM
Boys Heat 8:00 PM
Girls Heat 8:20 PM
Boys Heat 8:40 PM
Girls Heat 9:00 PM
Boys Heat 9:20 PM
Depending on the number of entries we may add heats. Each heat will contain a max of 30 runners.
