Meet Information
Welcome to the 1.25 mile run Middle School event on the track. This year the event will be held in the morning to provide cooler temperatures for the runners to perform at their best. The first heat will begin at 8:00 am. The track will be open by 6:30 am.
Coaches, this event is run on the track, not the cross country course.
Middle School - 1.5 miles
Last year, we had over 200 middle school runners race with fans cheering on the track and music pumping the runners up.

Tentative Time Schedule:
**SEEDING**You are welcome to enter projected seeds. However, in order for each athlete to have the best possible chance at a PR race, please seed honestly based on what you really think that your athlete can run. If you enter athletes with no time, they'll automatically be in the slowest heats unless you indicate otherwise.
First heat at 8:00 a.m.and every 15 - 20 minutes thereafter.
Heat order and times may change depending on the number of teams competing.
Depending on the number of entries we may add heats. Each heat will contain a max of 25 runners.
Last year there were nine middle school heats.
