Meet Information
HVAC league meet for 5th and 6th grade teams ONLY @ 4:30pm girls and 5:00pm boys.
- coaches meeting at the finish line tent at 4:05pm.
- we look forward to hosting y'all at the River Campus and it is located here....

- our schedule of events are - 5th/6th girls 4:30pm (2400m), 5th/6thgrade boys 5:00pm (2400m).
- buses may drop off teams at the track, then park in the first lot on your left dajacent to the baseball fields.
- team staging may be setup along the starting line, about 50' back.
- altough there will be plenty of water, please bring your own.
- team packets will be given when you arrive and they will consist of bib numbers and safety pins for every registered athlete.
- please wear bib numbers of the upper center chest.
- we will need adult volunteers to assist in the finish line athlete management @ 1 per school
- we can make roster changes at the coaches meeting.
- please have your families clean up after we get done, during take down.
- the course is well marked with red construction flags every 50m and we will have a lead vehicle during the race.
