No Awards this
year. Top 10 medals will be given at the finish line and trophies will be
delivered.
BUS PARKING..
please drop off at the playground and buses will park at the swimming pool area
at the entrance of the park.
SPECTATORS:
All spectators will enter at the Boundless Playground Entrance and have temp
taken. If you are not feeling well or have a 100.4 or higher temp, please stay
home.
MASKS/SOCIAL DISTANCING:
We are blessed to be able to have this meet. Please wear a mask and most
importantly, social distance from others during the race. The race area is
huge, please spread out. I will have hand sanitizer at the entrance.
TENTS: Please
set up tents along the fence or near the woods area. Runners will need to stay
in tent area unless warming up or supporting team mates.
COACHES: Race
day packets with shoe timers, bibs, course maps and race information can be
picked up at the registration table near the starting line.STARTING BLOCKS will be preassigned and
posted on the race packet.PLEASE TURN
IN ALL USED AND UNUSED SHOE TIMERS. Please do not go to the starting area
no earlier than 10 minutes before start time. ONLY coaches/runners are allowed
on or near the starting line.
TRAFFIC:
Traffic will be congested. Please plan to arrive early. Feel free to text me if
you are going to be late. 423-956-3133
End of Meet:
Please pick up all water bottles and trash around your area and exit after your
last race.

SPECIAL COVID-19 INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: BOYS WILL BE RUNNING FIRST THIS YEAR.
Where: Warriors Path State Park; the start line will be on the soccer fields.
This is a DOUBLE-LOOP COURSE. The course is marked really well.
The finish line is on the left of the soccer fields.
Who is Eligible: 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Student Runners
Entry Fee: $70.00 per School entering a boys and girls team,
$35.00 per Team or $5.00 Individual.
Make check payable to John Sevier Middle School.
Awards:Elementary 1st-3rd place RIBBONS/ boy and girl finishers
$5.00 per runner for the elementary race.
1st-10th place individual middle school girls will get medals
1st-10th place individual middle school boys will get medals
NO Ribbons will be given this year.. due to COVID-19.

Scoring: Electronic/Chip Timing by TROJAN TIMING
Chip Return- Trojan Timing will have 2 places to return chips. You can return chips at registration for any athlete that will not be participating. All participating athletes will be required to return chips prior to leaving the finish area. A $10 return chip fee will be assessed to the school for all every chip not returned. Returning chips is the responsibility of the head coach of each team.
