Meet Information
Coaches,
This will be Relay and Field events only.
Start time 9:00am Field Events
8:15am Coaches meeting
Running events will follow as soon as field events conclude.
The purpose of this meet is to instruct athletes on exchange zones, technique, etc.
I will not be charging an entry fee for this meet so I will not be giving out awards.
I will need all coaches that sign up to help out with instruction, field events, placing on track for relays, etc.
We will use FAT.
I will be charging a gate and there will be concessions being sold.
Four relay teams per event per team, 4 athletes per team per field event MAX.
Remember you have a 3 event max per competitor set by NFHS.

Shot Put
Discus
Long Jump
High Jump
4 x 200 Meter Relay
4 x 800 Meter Relay
4 x 100 Meter Relay
4 x 400 Meter Relay
*Girls First Followed by Boys*
