BUS PARKING: Buses should use the new entrance on Zelda Road. Bus parking and unloading will be on the new property behind the track. Please use the Zelda Road entrance across from Starbucks/Five Guys.

Facility: Montgomery Academy's track is eight lanes and consists of a Mondo surface. Additionally, all runways are Mondo. Javelin will be thrown on the runway. All spikes must be inch or shorter. Teams will be asked to set up tents in a designated grass area. There is limited seating available for spectators, though ample space around the track for chairs.

Equipment: Starting blocks and implements in all field events are supplied. You may bring your own shots, discus, and javelins, but they will become property of the field.

Entries: There is no entry limit, however, only the top three individuals on a team in each event may score. Additionally, each school may only score one relay. A varsity participant can enter up to 4 events, including relays. All entries will be done online through alabamarunners.com. Please refer to the instructions found there.

Entry Deadline: The Entry deadline is Wednesday, April 6th at 1pm!!! No entries will be taken after that time.

Sanctions: The meet is sanctioned by the AHSAA.

Entry Fee: $5.00 per athlete entered and $5.00 per relay entered. Checks should be made payable to Montgomery Academy and can be mailed or brought to the meet.

Awards: Trophies go to the top three teams in each division. Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each event.

Rules: NFHS Rules apply.

Scoring: Individual Events: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Relays: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Field Events: Each jumper/thrower will have four attempts. In the throws and horizontal jumps, the first mark will be measured, and then subsequent throws/jumps must meet the standards below.
