Additional Notes-A Freshman/JV division for the Shot Put, Long Jump, 1600, 100, 4x100 relay and 400 will be offered. These events are being offered so those athletes can have an opportunity to participate and experience an invitational type meet. They will be awarded medals but will not be included in the team scores.
Entry Fees:
The entry fee will be $60 per gender team($100 for both girls and boys teams)

Entry Deadline:
Opens Sunday, February 26, 2017 @12:01am and will close Wednesday, March 22, 2017 @ 9:59 pm.
Event Check In:
Field Events- Athletes will check in at the event location.
Running Events- Athletes will check at the tent located on the infield to receive their lane assignments and hip numbers.
Coaches Meeting:
No coaches meeting. Coaches can pick up their team packets at the main gate both Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.
Hospitality:
A hospitality room will be provided. The hospitality room is located on the other side of the building that backs up to the track.
Admission:
$7 per day.
Awards:
Medals will be awarded to the top three places in both the Varsity and JV divisions. A Team Champion trophy will be awarded to the top boys and girls team. JV events do not count in the team scoring. Plaques will be awarded to the meet MVP's.
Entry Limitations:
Each team will be allowed a maximum of three (3) entries in each individual event and one (1) entry in each relay event. We will follow TSSAA rules. A contestant shall not be entered in more than four (4) events, excluding relays. A contestant shall not compete in more than four (4) events, including relays.
EXCEPTIONS:
Each team will be allowed to enter 6 athletes in the JV events.
Qualifying Standards: THERE ARE NO QUALIFYING STANDARDS. All heats will be seeded according to times given. Obvious False entry times will result in a NT.
