Shelby County Championships
Houston High School
Awards Awards to 1st place, including relay members. Top 2 team trophies.
Admission Fee- $7
Invited Schools All schools within the Shelby County Metro area.
Entry Fee The entry fee is $100 per boys team and $100 per girls team. Please make checks to Houston High School. Please contact Scott Hamlett with questions- wshamlett@gmail.net
Entry Limitations Each team will be allowed a maximum of three (3) entries in each individual event and one (1) entry in each relay event. Individuals have a maximum of 4 events, including relays.
Finals All races will be SECTION VERSUS TIME. Field events will be made into final flights, 4 attempts given.
Timing Fully automatic timing will be used in all running prelims and finals.
Entry Deadline All entries are due Wednesday, May 3rd midnight. Register at www.tenneseerunner.com under Shelby County Championship
Heats All heats will be seeded according to times given.
Scratch Policy Scratches are strongly discouraged but allowed. Please use discretion.
Clerk of Course All running events will check in with the clerk of course for heat and lane assignment. Field events will report to the event location.
