8:45 a.m Coaches Meeting (at finish line)
9:00 a.m. J.V. Boys (unlimited)
9:45 a.m. J.V. Girls (unlimited)
10:30 a.m. Varsity Boys (7 runners)
11:00 a.m. Varsity Girls (7 runners)
ENTRY: Enter your team and individual runners on milesplit by Wednesday, October 28th.
BUS PARKING: Team buses should park at the Newnan Utilities office building located next Carl Miller Park. Signs will be posted and there will be individuals directing traffic.
SPECTATOR PARKING: Cars and other vehicles may park in the grass area next to the Newnan Utilities office building or in the parking lots of Carl Miller Park. There will be a $5 per person charge for admission at the gate. The gate at the entrance to the course is located in the grass area.
RESTROOMS: There will be 4 port-a-potties located at the start/finish area. Restrooms are also available at Carl Miller Park if needed.
TENTS: Team tents can be set up anywhere near the start/finish area. Trash bags will be available at packet pickup.
AWARDS: 1st-2nd Teams for varsity boys and varsity girls
1st-6th individual medals for varsity boys and girls (Individual state qualifiers)
1st-6th individual medals for J.V. boys and girls
TIMING: The results and timing will be by The Perfect Timing Group.
CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be available.
T-SHIRTS: EagleSports will be selling t-shirts.
