Meet Information


All entries and fees must be received online only by Monday, February 1, 2016. All entries and payments must be made online - no exceptions. Online entry opens 12/1/15


This a USATF Open Meet for High School Athletes. If you are not in High School you may not enter this meet. Athletes may register as Unattached or as a member of a Track Club Team - Only. It is your responsibility to confirm that your state association will allow you to compete if you are a High School Athlete.


$15.00 per event - $20.00 per relay. This is a USATF Open Meet Limited to High School Athletes Only. Athletes must register as Unattached or as a member of a Club Team. All entry fees must be paid online via credit card prior to acceptance. There are no entry refunds or entry fee changes for scratched athletes, no-shows or those athletes that did not make the accepted entry lists. All entries submitted without payment by the entry deadline will be scratched.


Lower Level - Upon Entry into building. Packets will contain field passes for athletes and coaches only.


General Admission Tickets will be on sale for $7.00 at the faciltiy entrance.


A copy of your on-line entries will be e-mailed to you. No other changes to your entries will be accepted after the online entry deadline of 2/1/16 midnight EST. Entries will not be accepted without payment completed online on or prior to 2/1/16.

Since the Vanderbilt High School Indoor Invitational is a selective entry competition rather than an all-comers meet, submitting your entry and paying your entry fee does not guarantee acceptance into the meet. All events have a cap on number of participants that will be accepted. All entries must be made with a verifiable entry mark. All marks will be checked for accuracy. If you do not submit a mark or submit a bogus mark your entry will be dropped from consideration. All accepted entries will be posted on the Meet Schedule table below no later than 2/3/16 at 7:00 PM CST

In submitting marks you may use any 2016 Indoor or 2015 Outdoor performances. Remember these marks must be able to be found on Milesplit in order to be accepted and verified (with the exception of the special ES, MS events and the weight throws). 2015 outdoor 100m times may be used and converted for consideration in entering the 60. Likewise with 100H / 110H times for the 60H.

ENTRY LIMITS Three (3) events per athlete (including field events) 1 Relay per event per team.

300 meters unbanked Mondo surface.


Warm-ups will be announced prior to each event field event. Limited running event warm-ups on track. Warm ups may be done outside the building or in the infield.


Implements will be inspected from 8 AM - 12 PM. Meet management will provide Indoor Shots for those without implements.


Saturday starting at 7:15 AM - Main Level Entrance, Vanderbilt Multi-Purpose Facility


All races timed by Fully Automatic Timing.


Commemorative shirts will be on sale at the meet for $15.00. Individual Awards: Custom medals will be awarded to the top 3 in each event. There will be no team scoring or team awards. T Shirts and awards available on Lower Level at Packet Pickup.
