WEATHER
We all know that the weather forecast is not good. Rain, even hard rain, won't stop us unless it's enough to cause flooding. Lightning will halt things and we might have to go through one or more delays when conditions are unsafe, until weather clears enough to start the next race. Wish I could prescribe the forecast, but I cannot. Fortunately, we have no conflicts at Shelby Farms in our race area through the afternoon. I hope that we are finished and gone long before that, but it's the weather, so nothing we can do about it.

Part of its route on the Chickasaw Trail will pass directly through part of our racing line, team-tent/camp setup, Race HQ, etc. It will be over before we begin racing, but PLEASE REMEMBER to be considerate of our fellow runners who won't be "off-roadin'" it with us.

1. Exit I-40, South to Whitten Rd
2. Continue south for approximately 1.5 miles; Whitten will T-Bone into Mullins Station Rd at a 3-way Stop sign.
3. Turn left (East) onto Mullins Station Rd and continue for approximately 0.7 miles.
3. Shelby Farms, Race Course area will be on your right; turn right at Gate 10 to enter Shelby Farms.
Best parking will be at Gate 8 or between Gates 9 and 10. It's first-come/first-serve. Gate 8 is near the Finish Line, but smaller. Gate 9/10 is nearer the Start Line and larger. Gate 9 is exit-only; entry is via Gate 10.
