GEORGE HANCOCK MEMORIAL INVITATIONAL

Entry Fee: $100 (both teams) $60 (1 team)
Events: The events will be conducted according to the TSSAA rules and regulations, (one athlete can compete in up to 4 total events). The following events will be contested and scored:
SP, DT, HJ, LJ, TJ, 3200 M, 100 M hurdles, 4 x 100 meter relay, 4 x 800 meter relay, 100 M dash, 1600 M, 4 x 200 meter relay, 400 M dash, 300 M hurdles, 800 M, 200 M dash, 4 x 400 meter varsity relay.
Entries: Each team will be limited to 2 entries in any open event and 1 entry per relay event. You may enter a "B" realy team that will not score, and all "B" teams will run together. To assure entry into the meet, ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY FRIDAY APRIL 12TH AT 3:00 PM!!! Entries may be faxed (731)286-2209 or emailed to: abeckley@k12tn.net. Substitutions will NOT be made the day of the meet. You may replace a runner under the original name you turn in, and there will be NO additions the day of the meet, so please enter someone in all events you wish to participate. We will be using the finishlynx timing system, so please send me your roster in advance so I can enter all athletes into the computer in advance to seeding. Please contact Coach Beckley for official meet entry form.
Awards: The top 3 teams will receive trophies, as well as the 1st place relay team in each event. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in all events.
Event Order: Starting time for the meet is 4:00 for field events. We will run the 3200 at 5:00pm, but no other running events will begin until the remaining field events are finished.
Misc.: Concessions will be available.
