70 DOLLAR FOR BOTH MEET SUB-SECTIONAL 70 PER SCHOOL AND THE SECTIONAL 70 PER SCHOOL THIS WILL PAY FOR AWARDS THAT ALL 8TH PLACES AND THE TOP FOUR TEAMS. THANKS
