@dudedevil4x4 I really doubt any school track programs raised enough to pay for a track re-surfacing. Even with "cheap" black latex tracks, you'd probably have to raise 100K or more. That type of money would normally come from County or City funds. (or a rich daddy at the private schools). Good Luck if you were told you have to raise that money!!
