As athletes move from middle to high school or from high school to high school, the standard process is that the new coach will create a new account with no performance history for those athletes. Further down the road, these would need to be combined. In filling out this form, we are able to get ahead of that need by adding your future schools team association to your account. Once complete, you will be on your new team's active roster.
