Sophia Simpson showed off her range placing runner up in the 400m at Siegel less than a week after running 12.53 in the 100m open, a half second improvement for her in the shorter distance.

Mya Young (Munford) ran 8.00 in the 60 meters at the 3rd Annual Munford Time Trial on March 3, improving from her previous best of 8.35 set in January. The junior won the event among 27 competitors and ranks #33 in Tennessee and #5 among juniors.

Sophia Simpson (Fred J. Page, Franklin) clocked 12.53 in the 100 meters at the Ravenwood Tri Meet #1 on March 4, dropping from her previous mark of 13.03 set in February. The junior won the race among 20 competitors and ranks #75 in the state and #15 among juniors.

Vivi Pyle (Ravenwood, Brentwood) ran 12.75 in the 100 meters at the Ravenwood Tri Meet #1 on March 4, improving from 13.20. The junior placed third among 20 competitors and ranks #120 in Tennessee and #23 among juniors.

Shiloh Taylor (Fulton, Knoxville) recorded 12.84 in the 100 meters at the Halls/Tom Dever Invitational on March 5, bettering her previous time of 13.22. The sophomore finished second among 54 competitors and ranks #150 in the state and #20 among sophomores.

Alyssa Stewart (Memphis Central) ran 12.50 in the 100 meters at MSCIAA HS CRUMP--WK-1 on March 3, improving from 12.94. The senior placed second among 12 competitors and ranks #66 in Tennessee.

Kyree Maxey (Station Camp, Gallatin) clocked 12.49 in the 100 meters at the Station Camp Mid-Week Quad on March 4, dropping from 12.80. The senior won the event among 32 competitors and ranks #63 in the state.

Nijah Johnson (Kirkwood, Clarksville) ran 15.65 in the 100 hurdles at the KiHS Quad Meet on March 6, improving from 16.18. The junior won among 9 competitors and ranks #34 in Tennessee and #5 among juniors.

Kaylee Olsen (Independence, Thompson Station) cleared 5-2 in the high jump at the Siegel Invitational on March 6, improving from 5-0. The junior won among 18 competitors and ranks #27 in Tennessee and #10 among juniors.

Tentanya Willie (Hardin Valley Academy, Knoxville) ran 12:09.11 in the 3200 meters at HVA 1 on March 3, dropping from her previous best of 12:58.81 set in November. The sophomore placed seventh among 14 competitors and ranks #129 in the state and #25 among sophomores.
