Highlighting some of the top performers from every corner of Tennessee.
Lacy Young was not in the fast heat but won the 100m dash overall with this 12.16 and currently ranks 9th overall statewide.
Performer Of The Week
Every week this season we will be conducting a poll from beginning Monday and ending Thursday to highlight performances from the previous week. This will give us an opportunity to showcase the best talent in Tennessee. Though some athletes will likely run times every week that are worthy of being in the poll, our goal is to cast a wide net and showcase a vast array of athletes from all parts of the state.

This Week's Candidates
- Ava Lang (Collierville) - Contrary to what you might be thinking, Collierville does not have a reserved spot in this poll, they just have that much depth. This week, Ava Lang ran a TN #1 800m which is 4 seconds clear of the next best in the state. She also was part of the state leading 4x800m relay team as well as one of their tandem 4x400m teams that are also atop the leaderboard.
- Kimbriel Winfield (St. Georges) - The senior placed fourth at Texas Relays with a 13.70. It was her first time under the fourteen second barrier and moved to #3 All-Time for the event. She is the only hurdler since 2017 in the All-Time Top 10.
- Lacy Young (Webb) - The freshman from the Webb School of Knoxville won the 100m dash on Saturday with a TN #9 time of 12.16. She also anchored the Spartans to a TN #2 time of 1:43.55 in the 4x200m relay. She got called up to the High School team last season and placed 6th in the 200m so she's not "new" but definitely made herself more widely known this past weekend.
- Larkin Johnson (Centennial) - As a sophomore, Johnson came within half a second of running under 5:00 for 1600m when we went 5:00.50 at Great Eight. Through the remainder of that season and last, she never got any closer. On Saturday, in her first attempt at the distance outdoors, she ran a TN #1 time blowing past the five minute barrier winning the Page Invitational in 4:56.20. She also won the 800m in 2:18.05.
