Last season Covington's San'darius Coleman finished 5th in the Large Division I Championships missing out on qualifying for state by one spot. This season in Class AA he sit on top of the rankings heading into Murfreesboro with this 49.10. It was the first time Coleman broke the 50 second barrier.
