San'Darius Coleman - Covington
Had it not been for reclassification and an stellar state meet race in cross country this year, Covington's San'Darius Coleman likely would've never hit my radar. It's hard to stand out in Section 4 in the one lap race given all the talent that was there last year and will be there again in 2022. Nevertheless, his pathway to success in Class AA is a little more visible as Coleman returns as the top ranked 400m runner in the middle division with a 50.60. We caught up to San'darius in lieu of this to discuss his goals for this season.
Coleman also returns ranked #6 in Class AA with a 22.98 in 200m dash.
