The results are in!
We asked you last week what events you'd like to add to the state meet.
And the people have spoken.
Most of our readers want another throwing event added to the state track meet. The hammer throw was our top vote-getter, taking 53% of the vote.
The javelin wasn't too far behind, taking just shy of 15% of the final tally.
That means 68% of you would like to see a throwing event added to the state meet.
After jumping out to an early lead in our poll, the 5,000 meter run didn't close as strong. It ended up being our third-highest vote-getter with 14.4% of the vote.
