The USATF Officials Clinic is coming to Memphis this Sunday, August 11.
As part of a partnership with KYA and Coach O, clinics are being brought to different parts of the state to help increase the state's number of officials by over 150 in the next two years.
Tennessee is looking to boost its total number of officials for Track & Field events.
KYA's Brent Smith, the USATF Officials Certification Chair for Tennessee, will be presenting the clinic on Sunday, which will be a nice follow-up to the Ed Murphey Classic on Saturday. Memphis Youth Athletics will be there as well.
