Records on Notice:
After this week's Region and Sectional Results two performers in particular stand out. Brentwood Academy's Mensi Stiff set two new PR's with throws of 153-8 in Discus and 45-9 in Shot. Both distances are less than 2 feet from breaking the longest standing female state records set by Angie Barker at the 1984 State Championship. Stiff is only a sophomore. If not this May, then most definitely Mensi will own them by next.
On Saturday, Bearden's Christian Langlois ran a WIND LEGAL 10.45 100m Dash. If he repeats this performance in a couple of week's, he will become the Fastest Wind Legal Male in Tennessee High School History.
