Congratulates to the Sheffield High Cross Country team. The boys won the Delta League Championship and the girls were runner-up. The teams were lead by 1st place performances from Daqarius Woodard and Derica Patterson. Both teams will compete in the MIAA City Championship on Oct 10 2011.

Congratulations to the Sheffield High School girls and boys track teams. They are the 2011 M.I.A.A. Delta League Champions as well as the 2011 M.I.A.A. City Champions.
About Our Team
We have a great team put together for the 2012 season. We only lost three total seniors, on both the girls and boys teams,and won league, district,and regional championships last year.
