Phil Logan has been involved with T&FXC as a parent, coach, timer and meet organizer over the last 20 years. He is a graduate and former All-American Football standout at the University of South Carolina. Phil is the founder of PT Elite Track Club and The Perfect Timing Group. He is an expert engineer in fully automatic timing (FAT)and operates Georgia's largest commercial FAT timing service.
