Meet Information
**INDIVIDUAL VARSITY OR JV RACE ENTRIES are $15 per person.** Please follow the same entry procedure listed below.**
**finishers after 30 minutes in the Boys & Girls varsity races might not be recorded in the final official results**
TEAMS: Team scores require a minimum of five runners.
Schools entering the JV race Must have a Team entry in the varsity race & run a minimum of 5 athletes in
that varsity race. It is expected that all coaches will display honesty and sportsmanship in their entries.
ELIGIBLITY: 8th graders TN school 8th graders may compete in any race ONLY IF the athlete is allowed under TSSAA rules.
Out of state 8th graders may compete in any race if their own state association allows such participation.
7th graders are not allowed to compete in the VARSITY races.
7th graders at TN schools cannot compete in JV races; however,...other states can run 7th graders in JV races IF their
own state association allows participation of 7th graders with their HS teams.
SANCTIONING is requested for all states bordering Tennessee.
RESULTS: Posted after each race. Available online at www.alltraxtiming.com late on Saturday afternoon.
ONLINE ENTRY: All entries should be made online at www.alltraxtiming.com.

THERE IS A 35 TEAM LIMIT IN THE VARSITY RACES FOR 2010 be sure to enter & pay early
You will be considered entered into the meet only when entry fees are received.
Because chip-timing will be usedgetting athletes names early is important in order to scan chips.
Because of chip-timing commitment costs.we must receive payment BEFORE Tuesday, Sept. 14th.
There is a $50.00 additional charge for late team entries from Tuesday, Sept 14th thru Friday, Sept 17th.
With chip-timing,it will be impossible to allow late entries or additional names on Saturday Race Day.
