Back Yard Cross-Country Invite 2010

              Waiver and Indemnification Agreement

In consideration of the Voyles family making available there
facilities at 1220 Cantrell Road, Sparta TN 38583 for the
Backyard Invite cross country meet on Saturday October 9, 2010,
I, the undersigned, am duly aware of risks and hazards inherent
in participating in the cross country race to be held on the
premises on said date, assume all risks of injury or loss of life to
myself and loss of or damages to property arising out of or in any 
way connected with my participation in this event, and hereby release 
the Voyles family, White County High School, and the White County 
Board of Education from any and all liability as to any right of action that 
may accrue either to myself, my heirs, successors, assigns, or personal 
representatives for any such injury, loss of life, or loss of or damage to 
property which I may suffer in such race from any cause whatsoever.

I further agree to indemnity and hold harmless the Voyles family, White County High School, 
and the White County Board of Education from any and all claims, demands, actions, and 
judgments arising at any time out of or in any way connected with my participation in such 
cross country race and activities incidental thereto.
