All Registration will be completed through tn.milesplit.com. All Registration must be in by Saturday, March 17th at Midnight! After Saturday, NO changes will be accepted. You should set your account up in advance of the deadline to avoid any problems. No faxed, emailed or phone entries will be accepted. My timing crew wants 5 days in advance to set up all entries. All events are seeded and running event lanes are drawn according to times submitted. You may use times ran by your athlete last year. Entry fee is $120.00 for both gender teams or $60 men and $60 women.If you need to pay at the meet please email me by March 19th. This will ensure that all your athletes will remain in the invitational.Finally, NO changes will be made after the closing of entries or at the meet.
Entry Rules: Coaches may enter up to 3 athletes per event and 1 relay per event. All athletes with no entry marks will be given no seeding time, and seeded last.
Awards will be given as follows:
Medals for all 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers
1st 2nd Place Team Award (High School Girls/Boys Only)
Meet Admission: $5.00
Schedule of Events:
March 23rd: Field events will be held.
4:00pm: Coaches meeting will be held at and field event assignments for coaches will be asked if needed. We will not be performing pole vault at this meet.
4:30 PM Field Events
Boys High Jump, Girls to follow
Girls (Visitors side) / Boys (Visitors Side) Long Jump, Triple Jump to follow
Boys Shot Put, Girls to Shot to follow
Girls Discus, Boys to follow**
*LJ, TJ, SP, DT 4 attempts each athlete, no finals
***Minimum marks will be established at the coaches meeting for field events. Every athlete will receive a mark.
March 24th: Running Events Section vs. Time
Coaches Meeting @ 8:30am and meet begins at 9:00am. Lane assignments for relays will be given if necessary.
