The TSSAA requires that all Coaches competing at Region meets must submit a roster of their regional entries to the state office.

Print and fill out the form, then mail/fax copies to, 1. the meet director: Jasen Parks, (Walker Valley fax# 423-336-1578), 2. Executive Director TSSAA, 3333 Lebanon Road, Hermitage,TN 37076 (you can also fax it to the TSSAA at 615-889-0544), 3. Save a copy for your school records.
This is all in addition to filling out the online entry!
MEET ENTRY - You may enter 10 athletes, any 7 of your choice may show up to the regional starting line. If your team qualifies to the state meet, you may still choose any 7 of the 10 entries you lised to run at the state meet.
ONLINE ENTRY - Big green button in the top right hand corner. Entry deadline is Monday October 20th at 5:00PM. There will be a $50 late fee for all entries after the deadline!
STATE QUALIFYING - Top 3 Teams advance plus any individuals that finish in the top 10. (If the top 10 finishers are all athletes on a qualifying team, then no individuals would advance)
ENTRY FEES - Free for Chattanooga Area Cross-Country League members, $20 per gender team ($20 boys & $20 girls) for non league members.

Incase of bad weather or flooding the meet makeup day is Saturday Oct. 25th. We will use the same time schedule as above.
