Meet Information

This meet is being held for invited area High Schools and Middle Schools only and registration is password protected. If your school has not received an invitation and would like to participate, please contact Scott Fanning at gsfanning@gmail.com or 615-585-0285.

Registration must be completed by September 4, 2017 at 11:00 PM Central Time. Packet Pick-Up beginning 8:00 A.M. day of race.

Middle School Two Miles
MS Girls Varsity 9:00 am (7 max)
MS Boys Varsity 9:30 am (7 max)
MS Combined JV 10:00 (unlimited)

High School 5,000 meters
HS Girls Varsity 10:30 (7 max)
HS Boys Varsity 11:00 (7 max)
HS Combined JV 11:30 (unlimited)

Awards: The top 20 individuals in each varsity race will receive medallions and the top 10 JV boys & girls individuals will receive an award in the finishing area. Overall varsity champions (individual and team winners) in each race will be given a special award at a brief awards ceremony beginning no later than 12:00.

Meet Fees:
$70 - High School registration (this will cover all boys and girls: varsity and jv)
$7 per individual high school runner (if less than 10 runners total)
$60 - Middle School registration (this will cover all boys and girls: varsity and jv)
$6 per individual middle school runner (if less than 10 runners total)

Meet entrance is best at 103 Peyton Road. From Sparta Pike, turn onto Peyton Road then left into fairgrounds; Park on left, course and team tents on right.

The course is a meandering single loop. The course is largely flat and fast but is rocky and rough in some places. Much of the course is open grass, but there are several gravel road crossings and one 0.5 mile stretch of gravel roads. Follow all white painted arrows and directional signs.
