EVENT SCHEDULE: (Awards Ceremony for races will be approx. 30 min after last finisher)
*Minimum Awards for Middle School & High School 5K will be Top 25 plus 2 team awards
7:30am Course available for walk throughs
8:00am MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS RACE 2 miles Minimum will be awards to Top 25 plus 2 team awards
8:30am MIDDLE SCHOOL BOYS RACE 2 miles Minimum will be awards to Top 25 plus 2 team awards
9:05am HIGH SCHOOL BOYS RACE 5K Minimum will be awards to Top 25 plus 2 team awards
9:06am High School GIRLS JV RACE 2 miles Awards dependent on teams & runners entered
9:47am High School BOYS JV RACE 2miles Awards dependent on teams & runners entered
9:50am HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS RACE 5K Minimum will be awards to Top 25 plus 2 team awards
11:00am BONUS TEAM RELAY RACE 5K (see details below, HS Teams only) Girls only, Boys only, & Co-ed
**Awards may be increased depending on the size of the races **Starting line will be at least 2 runners wide for each team
ENTRY FEES / TEAM SIZES: (Entry Fees will be based on Midnight, Monday Sept.4th)
$ 8 for each Middle School runner until reaching a max gender team fee of $40 (Boys & Girls Team would be $80)
$10 for each High School runner until reaching a max gender team fee of $70 (Boys & Girls Team would be $140)
**ENTRY FEE MAX PER TEAM IS $140 --- ($70 per gender)
**NOTE- $5 entrance fee for spectators over 18 yrs old

TEAMS: Team scores require a minimum of five runners
ELIGIBLITY: 8th graders TN school 8th graders may compete in HS race ONLY IF the athlete is allowed under TSSAA rules.
7th graders are not allowed to compete in the High School race.
Middle School races are open to Middle School Teams and 4th thru 8th grade athletes only.
RESULTS: Posted after each race. Available online at www.alltraxtiming.com on Saturday afternoon.
5K Finish line might close at 30 minutes for HS boys & 35 minutes for HS girls,.. At 20 minutes for MS girls/boys.
ONLINE ENTRY: All entries should be made online at www.alltraxtiming.com starting Aug. 1st
Meet Entry and athlete names deadline will be Midnight on Monday, September 4th.
There is a $35.00 additional charge for late team entries from Tuesday, Sept 5th thru Friday, Sept 8th.
ENTRY FEES: Make checks payable to : ALLTRAX TIMING.

***BONUS TEAM RELAY RACE Teams may use however many athletes they think will most quickly get the relay baton to the finish line. Athletes on a team will disperse around the course at any distance interval they choose. Any single athlete can run multiple legs of the race for their team. It is just simply a fun race to see how fast can this course be run by any school relay team. Divisions for Boys-only, Girls-only, and Co-Ed. STRATEGY IS A BIG PART OF THIS RACE.
