Entry Notes: You do not have to enter any names for your relay entries. We just need entry times. You will write the actual participants on a relay card to hand to the clerk of the course. The JV races are specially designed for 8th-10th grade runners. Freshman races are for 8th and 9th grade only. Coaches will be on their own honor to only enter those underclassmen for those races. The four event rule will apply for all participants. Participation will be defined as actually participating in an event.

Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 Eight scoring: First thru eighth place. Freshman and Junior Varsity points will count in the meet score.

Awards: T-Shirts will be awarded to the 1st through 4th place finishers in each event. Team plaques for the Champion and Runner-up will be awarded.

Preliminaries: There will be no preliminaries. All races will be run section versus time.

Entries: Only three athletes may be entered in each open event. Only one relay team per school in each relay event.

Special Notes:
High Jump Starting Heights:
Boys - 5' 4"
Girls - 4' 4"

Spikes may not exceed 1/4 inch.

All competitors should stay in the stands unless participating or warming up. All warming up should be done on the back straightaway.

In all throws and jumps, all first legal attempts will be measured. All subsequent attempts will only be measured if they are equal to or exceed the meet standard.
