Entry Deadline- September 11th, 2012
Entries- Entry will be done online using www.Milestat.com , This registration process is fairly simple. Coaches must not wait till the day of to register as this process does take at least 24hrs if you are a new user to Milestat.com. If there are any issues with this you can contact by email- trojantiming@yahoo.com or select the resources tab on milestat and go to online entry there you will find instructions on how to enter the event.
Entry fee:$60 per High school Girls and Boys Combined
$30 per Middle School Combined
$5 per athlete
Time Schedule:
8:30am Middle School Girls 1.5miles
9:00am Middle School Boys 1.5miles
9:30am Varsity White Boys 5K
10:00am Varsity Girls 5K
10:30am Varsity Blue Boys 5K
11:00am JV Girls 5K
11:30am JV Boys 5K
Awards: Top 5 Middle School
Top 5 Junior Varsity
Top 10 Varsity (each Division)
Team Awards-Top 3 (Each Division)
ALL Meet Team- Top 7 overall (by time) in all divisions Combined ( JV,Varsity)
Course Information: This years course has returned to its historic form. We will be running the original course we are accustomed to. It will be a 5K in the varsity races. This course is run on asphalt, Trail, and dirt surfaces. There will be hazardous crossings when crossing the road and when running threw numerous creeks.
T-shirts will be on sale- Price is to be determined.

From Roanoke,VA go 1-81 South, Take exit 47 for US-11 toward Marian. Turn left onto US-11 S/Lee Hwy. Continue to follow US-11 S. Turn right onto VA-16 N/Park Blvd . Follow the sign Walkers Run
