Western Branch Jazmine Tilmon has been on the verge of greatness until today. Today she went from being a star to being one of the greatest ever in VA track history. She did that by blasting down the track in a wind-legal 13.36 to win the EE 100H championship.
That time set a meet record and ranked VA #1 and US #4 this season. All-time it ranks third in the state and is a junior class state record. Jazmine isn't done with the weekend though. She has the 4x1 and shuttle hurdle relay where she will join forces with Shockley, Ballard, and Ballard.
