Tasty Race Of The Week: Mikey Brannigan Runs 3:57 Mile!


The men's race at the 2016 Sir Walter Miler is our Tasty Race of the Week! 19-year-old Mikey Brannigan, who has autism and will be competing in the Rio Paralympics in September, stole the show with a 3:57 mile for seventh place. Ahead of him, Drew Hunter ran 3:57 in his pro debut and Kyle Merber ran the fastest mile in North Carolina history in 3:54.
